Infection down there 🤐

How do you know if you have a yeast or bacterial infection ? About 4 nights ago my boyfriend and I had really long rough sex .. towards the end I was mostly dry and it was starting to hurt . But I wanted to let my boyfriend finish so I didn’t say anything. Well the next couple of days I was itching down there . I was told my other women it was just tearing trying to heal since I was dry . Well my boyfriend and I have had sex everyday since and now every time we do it hurts . Almost like a burn / tearing feeling . It doesn’t hurt when I pee , just when we’re having sex . It doesn’t itch anymore or anything. Just a tearing feeling . But this morning after we had sex I looked at him and part of his Penis was red . He thinks it’s because how hard he came / the hair on him rubbing it .. I’m worried maybe I had something to do with it
