A little back story

So I’m taking my birth control pills continuously because I have cysts that form. Every three months I cycle. My period started on May 19th and lasted until May 22nd. I had unprotected sex on May 29/30th ( it was very late in the evening) and I took an emergency contraceptive. Then I had unprotected sex again on May 31st and they did not pull out. Again I took an emergency contraceptive but about 36 hours later. I skipped one of my active pills by accident. I’m just a little worried that my ec will fail. Anyone been through this before? Or could anyone help put my mind at ease haha? I’m just a little lost here.
