Was ur LO intrested in opening Christmas gifts?

When it’s Christmas time my LO will be a little over 6 months. So I was wondering how many of ur baby’s were actually interested enough to open their gifts? 
Cause last year my niece got lots of gifts and it took her a while before she was actually interested in opening them and she was 2.

My son was 15 months last Christmas and largely didn’t care. He helped open a few presents if he was in the mood but I mostly did all the work. He was excited because everyone around him was excited but he had no idea what exactly we we were all excited about lol

My 6mo old really wanted to play with the wrapping paper and was overjoyed to tear it off the packages.... but didn't really care about the toys underneath 😂😂

My daughter was 8 mo last Christmas and sick so she didn’t care at all. Her first birthday she’d pull out tissue paper but otherwise still didn’t care.

They don't care or they'll do something like want to taste the shiny ribbon or play with the box instead lol

My son was almost 9 months at his first Christmas and couldn't care less. This year he was slightly more interested, but still didn't really care about the opening part. He was happy to play with the new toys, though.

My 2 year old still didn’t really quite get it and the novelty of a new toy etc wore off fast. We’ve kept Xmas pretty small as far as presents go because he doesn’t care or understand.
