Why? Help me understand my symptoms

I'm 15dpo and my period was due 3 days ago. I had cramping 2 days ago but  I'm not even spotting. I've taken 3 tests, all negative.im suppose to be on progesterone pills till period or positive test. What should I do? Could I be pregnant?

If you’re taking progesterone pills it could extend your luteal phase. That’s probably what’s going on.

I think you have to stop the progesterone to get your period. That’s what naturally causes your period. Your body determines it’s not pregnant about two weeks after ovulation if the egg was not fertilized, so it stops producing progesterone. When you go through progesterone withdrawal, you shed your uterine lining, aka you get your period.
