What do you recommend for after birth? Numbing spray, peri bottle, etc?

I got some always infinity pads, opened them up, squirted them with thayers witch hazel and a smear of aloe vera, closed them back up and popped them in the freezer in ziplock bags. Lifesaver. Saw it on YouTube.

what i used was the spray bottle from the hospital i used ultra thin pads cant stand those big diaper pads and then finally a ice water bottle for the soreness

I totally snagged everything I could from the hospital! The mesh underwear were amazing. My nurse brought special larger ones instead of the ones stocked in the room and they were awesome. I also religiously used the giant pads, peri bottle, spray and ice packs. I kept those ice packs on me 24/7 till I was 2 weeks PP. Also, use the site bath!!! OMG is it amazing! Helps with swelling and getting clean SO much! I added epson salt to mine for an extra boost.

I loved my peri bottle the hospital gave me it was so refreshing. I also had a 3rd degree tear. And I wore those diapers for a while lol and then I switched to pads and granny panties lol. They also gave me witch hazel wipes but I honestly hardly used them. I took Lots and lots of Tylenol though 😂
