Bleeding during sex

I had sex for the 2nd time and a little into it I started bleeding :/ Did any of your guys’ first couple times did you experience bleeding? When I lost it I did bleed a lot and bled afterwards as well. This time I just bled on the spot but didn’t continuously bleed during the rest of the night. I’m wondering if it’s because my vagina isn’t used to it yet or if I need more foreplay lol Tbh he used his spit and I’m thinking would it be easier if I had lube on hand or if we did more foreplay? I just don’t want to bleed the next time because it sucks and we had to stop :(
