Piercing while pregnant?

This is probably in the wrong group since I’m not too sure where to even put this. But for you moms or soon to be moms have any of you guys had a belly button piercing before you got pregnant? And then when you got pregnant did you get some kind of pain/rejecting of the piercing because of the baby?

I didn't take mine out I just got a maternity belly bar from Amazon, it's basically just a plastic long one. Doesn't look that nice but saves you getting it done again

I had both the top and bottom belly piercing when I was pregnant and they was and are still fine x

Yes!!!! I got my belly pierced the month before we got pregnant. I always cleaned it and everything. And I tried to keep it in as long as I could so that way it wouldn’t close up but it started to become painful and irritated. (Prolly from the skin stretching at the same time it’s tryna heal) I ended up just giving up and taking it off at the beginning of my 2nd trimester. I had a thick scar tissue where the top hole was . 3 days away from my due date so idk if it’ll heal or go away after baby. I’m hoping it’s not as noticeable. Also my first little stretch mark was between my two piercing holes 😂
