Any advice ladies💕?

Does anyone get low pelvic pain? like a quick shock pain inside? Only lasts a minute soo uncomfortable. My period is due anytime

I’ve been having this the past few days now it’s horrible and I can’t see my doctor until the 12th🙄

i had problems like that during sex. after numerous dr appointments i see a therapist and they tell me  my pelvic muscle is weak. she gave me certain workouts to do and it helped.

Any advice ladies💕?
