Ultrasound at 6-7weeks, what will I see?

This is my 3rd but with both previous pregnancies I went at about 5weeks saw nothing and went back at 9weeks with my first and 7 almost 8weeks with my 2nd. This time around, I went and the dr saw a sac measuring 4weeks 4days and said come back two weeks. So today I’ll be 6weeks 4days.  I’m super nervous I won’t see anything but the sac still. If we get a fetal pole I’ll be content but so anxious! I have a history of miscarriage. Only two living babies.
Can anyone show me their ultrasound around this time?

Thank you so much ladies. I was so nervous! We saw the yolk sac, the heartbeat, and our tiny baby. Baby measures 5weeks 6days :)

at 6w5d we saw the baby, the yolk sac, and heard the heart beat as well as watched the heart beat on the screen

Our bub was 3mm at 6 weeks and had a little flickering heartbeat but that can't always be seen at 6 weeks! Try not to worry... I have a history of recurrent miscarriage as well and keep being told that anxiety won't help and to try and stay calm. We had one done again today at 8 weeks, 5 days.
