Irregular cycles suck!

Morning! I have been TTC for almost a month now. I have a history of irregular cycles. I had to get my sugars downs since I'm diabetic, and I succeeded.

Since losing 20 pounds, I had a cycle on March 22nd and then again May 1st. my OBGYN said if I haven't become pregnant by 3 months from appointment with him (it's been 2 months), then to come back and they will put me on ovulation meds. I just want to go back now!!! Being 33-years-old, I feel so discouraged. I've taken 4 pregnancy tests in the last 2-3 weeks.

Does it sound crazy if I make that OBGYN appointment for ovulation help a bit sooner??
