My husband and I have discussed children and we do know we want more. We have 3 kids of various backgrounds and ages (one not bio - 16, one mine - 8, one his - 5) so it's not like it's a first child for either of us.

We're not exactly trying (we use pull out/tracker), but we've had several "I think I might be pregnant" moments. None of them were unwanted, none of them were a freak out.

Every single time we find out I'm not, he lets out a huge sigh and pouts a bit. BUT, When I ask him if he wants to actually try he tries to change the subject, tells me he wants it to be a surprise, says that we have to worry about my possible collapsing Uterus (it may or may not happen, my mother had it happen to her)... etc, etc. Reasons to try and reasons to not yet get tossed around like a salad 😓

Am I being silly here? Any idea why he doesn't want to actually try? Maybe you ladies have a better idea 🤔
