How does this work?!

I've heard a lot of people talking about the ramzi theory and I'm just curious how it works. this is a picture of my 6w5d transvaginal ultrasound. We heard the heartbeat and everything but idk how to tell what ramzi theory shows to be the gender. My gut has told me girl from the beginning but I've started having boy baby dreams.

I keep dreaming it’s a boy. I vividly remember the ultrasound being a boy in my dream. Fingers crossed it’s really a girl :)
