Chunk of mucus plug?

So sorry ladies I know this is so TMI but this looks like a decent chunk which I was not expecting, this is my second pregnancy so you would think I would know this stuff by now but it seems all new again. With my son I never lost any chunks until around 34

Weeks, I know they regenerate but it seems early to lose any of it yet at 29 weeks? Should I be concerned at all? I also feel like complete crap today which took me off guard, I thought it was just from being in the heat yesterday but now I’m a little concerned that my body is trying telling me something.
