7 dpo, possible IB?

had a miscarriage last month. haven't had a normal cycle yet. last US on the 24th confirmed I was about to ovulate. HCG was out of my system completely by the 26th-27th. doc said I'd probably ovulate over the weekend. so I'm counting my ovulation as the 27th-28th ish. Got some light pink spotting today during BD. which would be 7-8 dpo. putting a pad on just so I can monitor it, has only been when I wipe. but getting nervous... scared I'll have either a miscarriage again or AF coming super early. uhgg 😭
