Condom Came Off

I was having sex and the condom came off of him and was literally shoved inside of me. We didn't realize for a couple minutes. I'm not on birth control and my period was supposed to come today and hasn't yet. It's usually off schedule, but now that that happened last night I'm a little worried. Should I get Plan B?
