I suspect I am pregnant with twins. I did <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> and transferred two, and my HCG levels are more typical for twins than for singletons.

Normally I would opt out of ultrasounds and have a home birth... But with possible twins I am thrown for a loop. I think ultrasound is probably important to determine chorionicity, but when should I have it? And how to find a midwife who will attend a twin home birth? I am in No. VA. TIA!
