So water broke at midnight on Saturday, just after watching some TV and going to bed. When we got checked in I was already 5cm! Lost my mucus plug as soon as we got there.

Long story short, I pushed for 2.5 hours of the hardest pushes and muscle work I have ever done in my life. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to birth him naturally. It was like he was stuck!

Turns out my little boy was not the 6-7lbs the doctors estimated, but instead an almost 9 pounder! Nevertheless, we both pulled through and are doing just fine.
