Not sure where to post this but hoping some of you can help me out. Husband and I are wanting to buy a house, we know we will need a loan of course but how do we go about doing that?? And if we did get a loan, how much would we need down? We are looking at houses from the 150k to 200k range in our area. My credit score is shit but his is pretty good so I know that will be a factor in it. Anything will help us! Hopefully we can buy in the next few years. I guess my biggest question is how much should we be saving or do loans cover a down payment? Please help! I don’t wanna bother calling professionals when I figure there’s plenty of people who have bought a house on this app that can answer some questions beforehand. Thanks!!
