Natural remedies for nausea?

Hey guys! What are you guys doing  for nausea? I don’t have morning sickness yet and I’m not actually vomiting, but since I started progesterone supplements I get really bad nausea from about the middle of the day until early evening. Just want to see what natural stuff works for you guys?

Fresh ginger. I peel and cut into slices and leave in the freezer. If the nausea is real bad, I’ll just put a little slice in my mouth and suck on it. I also make tea, a few slices of ginger, lemon and honey. Sea bands also work for some people.

You can buy ginger lozenges in the pharmacy. They are non medicinal and strong but they seem to help!

Water water water! As much water as you can drink! It seriously saved me last time. For times when it really hits you, a little sprite or preggie pops helped a ton too.

If possible take your supplements at night before bed. That’s what I’ve been doing $ I’ve had no problems, I’ll be 6 weeks on Wednesday
