The top right is the length of the babies femur and radius! They use it as a measuring tool!

Top left is probably the lower part of the arm. Looks like they were measuring the second one (top right) kinda looks like feet. The left bottom is a leg. And then the last is a profile (I hope that’s what they all look like to me I might be wrong)
