I don't give a damn either way lol, a birthday is just another day closer to death.

If they just can’t remember the date off hand that’s ok, but when the day comes, if it’s forgotten, I would be so upset. Never ok.

I’m busy with my own everyday life and forget people birthday all the time. So o understand. The only birthday I remember are kids, husband and parents.

This happened to me last year. My sister in law, mother in law, and father in law all forgot.  And I’m not new to the family, been around for about 9 years!  This year they are trying to plan a big event for it. They asked my husband what they should do for my birthday and he said “just don’t forget it” 😂

I hate when anyone talks about my birthday. Really super hate the attention. So I feel blessed when it isn't mentioned
