I ended my period a week and a half almost two weeks ago and I got up to use the bathroom then this was there... what the hell is wrong with my body. ( I wear my bfs underwear to sleep lol so he forsure cannot get this back)

So I thought it was old blood but I had sex last night with my boyfriend and it was brown so we thought it was old blood so we hopped in the shower and continued to have sex in there and he said it looked like a Little Rock of dried blood came out so I thought nothing of it but I’ve been bleeding non stop and it’s not old blood now bc it’s really red and bright just like regular period blood, no I haven’t had any cramps or feel like I’m on my period but this is so strange to me? Please help I’m freaking out
