Vegetarians?
What are you eating? I went vegetarian last year, also cut out sugar and caffeine.
I’m still “learning” how to eat properly... I eat way too many carbs and beans, not enough veggies. With the morning sickness though I can’t tolerate anything and everything I crave I can’t eat (salami, sushi). I’ve been living off pizza and veggie burritos. I’m at 98lbs (which is somewhat normal for me, I’m usually between 100-105) but my Ob isn’t thrilled that I haven’t gained any weight yet. (12 weeks 3 days)
What nutritious snacks do you keep handy? Any tips? All suggestions welcome!
