Have any of you tried Pre-Seed lube and did it work? If it worked did it work on first try or second or??

I got a free sample in a box of ovulation tests.. I’m on the fence wether to try it or not. We’ve been trying for over a year. I’m mostly nervous that it would somehow have the opposite effect and be the reason we don’t conceive this round if I do use it.. is that nuts? Can that happen or will it guarantee pregnancy or simply no effect other than lube?

It came in a little packet with a long tip.. so I’m assuming you’re supposed to insert and squirt it near the cervix? But I don’t know..
