12 week appointment

Hi ladies! I wanted to see what everyone else’s experience was...

i had my first appointment at 6w6d and it was basically a normal gyn appt (pap smear etc) followed by transvaginal ultrasound and blood work. I experience a decent amount of anxiety around appointments and would like to know things in advance- I know I can call but i don’t want to bother over something small.

Can anyone tell me what to expect at this appointment? In your experience, was it transvaginal or abdominal? I do know appointment includes the first sequential screening. I am 11 weeks and 6 days.
