Heartburn This Early???

I'm 12 weeks and for the last 3 days I've had horrible heartburn in the afternoon and evening. This soon tho!? Anybody else experiencing this?? I'm over here feeling like....

I’ve had bad heartburn since I was 8 weeks and it has not gone away. It is so annoying. I can’t have anything remotely spicy because my throat and chest is on fire. 
I also have such issues with burping ☹️
