When did you purchase a fetal Doppler when pregnant with twins?

I am 13 weeks with twins and Would love the reassurance of hearing their hearts beating, however I hear it can stress you out more getting a Doppler with twins since sometimes it is harder to hear both heartbeats. What are some of your personal experiences using a fetal doppler with twins and is it worth it to purchase?

I am not having twins but my doctor has had issues finding the heartbeat with the doplar and I’m 14 weeks. Personally I think it will cause more anxiety than reassurance. That’s just my opinion!

I’ve had mine since the beginning. I heard heartbeat at 9w4d. I very rarely hear both. If I get it in the right spot I can hear both. It sounds like they are fighting to be louder. One is faster than the other. Lol I’m usually okay as long as I hear one. I’m 12w2d now and it’s really how you feel about one.

I won’t be getting one. My dr doesn’t even like using a Doppler for twin pregnancy. I just have an ultrasound for every appointment instead.
