Painful sex: Any tips on how to have sex without pain?

I know that sex is supposed to hurt the first time, but it’s almost more painful than my periods every single time I have sex?? My first time was horrible it felt like my insides were bruised and my waist line swelled and became painful to touch. I later figured out that I’m allergic to latex!! Not only that but I have every symptom of endometriosis?! Sex is incredibly painful how can I make it less painful?

Sex shouldn’t be painful on a regular basis, so I would recommend talking to your doctor. Even the first time shouldn’t hurt that bad if he’s gentle and you both were wet enough.

Update: It turns out he just wasn’t being gentle and my cervix is lower that normal. It’s been quite some time since we broke up and I started dating another guy who’s really sweet and I told him about my past experiences with sex and he promised he would show me that it doesn’t have to be like that. We tried and it was AMAZING! He’s very gentle, kind, and doesn’t loose his head as soon as he starts. Even better he says he’s had trouble in the past with getting there and it usually takes him hours but it only took him 30mins with me.
