Anyone who pumps and would like to share your schedule, typical output, tips for upping milk supply, best bottle your baby actually takes while you are away, etc? I'm open to any and all advice related to breastfeeding while working away from home!

Second day back to work today. I've pumped 16.5 oz while at work the past 2 days. But yesterday I got that from 3 pump sessions and today I had to put in one extra pump session to get there so I hope that's not indicative of a drop in supply already. I do BF at home in the evening/night.
