Does anyone know what symptoms come with gestational diabetes or dehydration? Im 20 weeks and have been feeling horrible. Everytime I wake up I have a stomach ache and i feel super week like I could just fall over. And Im exhausted all day everyday. Calling the doc in the morn. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is normal?

It's different for everyone (speaking of GD). My heart races when my blood sugar is too high. I was super thirsty. I could tell when I had too much sugar and it was within an hour after I ate. If you're concerned about it, pick up a testing kit. One hour after eating should be 140 or less, two hours 120 or less. Fasting)should be less than 90

Not sure but I asked my OB about it at my 20 week appointment and she said it was too early for me to be worrying about it. I don’t know the specifics of your particular medical history, but just maybe it’ll give you some piece of mind until you talk to your doctor. ❤️

Feeling exhausted is normal... at 18-21 weeks I could barely keep my eyes open, 22 weeks has given me a bit more energy.
