Hey so I literally just started tracking BBT yesterday but I feel like my temps are weird. First off do BBT specific thermometers read a lot lower than normal ones?? Even when i took it midday it said I’m only like 95 degrees which seems odd.

Also the first day (yesterday) i was 96.1 today I was 96.8 which seems like a big jump but I just for over AF yesterday and my cycles are pretty regular so I don’t think I ovulated. Does sleeping with the fan on and likely an open mouth really affect the temp that much??
