so got my memebrains swepted today i was 3cm whrn when checked today i just went to bathroom whiped my self think it was my plug was all bloody had to whipe twice then went bathroom again this fell out i think its normally

looks normal to me! I lost bits of mine a couple days ago, similar to your picture. Yesterday I passed a giant clump of the same looking thing (about the size of a small kiwi). hopefully this means labor for both of us is fast approaching. 😊 good luck to you!
