Confused about cm

Hi guys! So I’m only 16 and yes I’m sexually active and always use condoms but I had sex with a guy I’ve never been with before and now my underwear have this kind of stuff on it, the inside of my vagina has been kinda itchy but not much and the outside hasn’t been but I’m just concerned!
