Throughout my life, I’ve struggled with weight loss. In the past 6-8 months I have conquered a goal to lose 60+ pounds and I managed to get there y’all! I am so happy and unbelievably energetic. I love where I’m at in life right now. 🙂

190 lbs and couldn’t be happier!! 🦋

I have gone from 265 pounds down to now around 190.

Here’s a picture difference side by side:

Do not let your weight control your life. This was so emotional for me and I’m still not where I want to be. Yes, I work out at the gym almost everyday now, because I want to reach my goal. I also want to give encouragement out to every other woman out there. Your bodies are beautiful. They’re unbelievably gorgeous. Take care of them. Whether your build is big, small.. endomorph or whatever you are. You are made in God’s undying, everlasting beautiful image. You are worth more than rubies and you deserve the world! Do not let others push you down and say, “You can’t do that!” Cause, you can. You just have to have enough courage and spice to hit your mark! My body has changed in it’s weird ways. I have finally made my boobs become actual boobs, instead of fat! They were 38 C’s, but now they’re 36D’s. It’s just a part of life! My goal weight is 140 right now. I’m headed there, lovelies! If you want to know what I did.. here is what I did.

1. Cut down portions!

(Make your portions smaller.)

2. Drink as much water as you can.

(Cut out sodas. I love sweet tea, since I’m a southern gal! 🙂)

3. Put your negative energy, such as depressive thoughts, anxiety and etc into working out. If you enjoy weights, lift those weights until you feel your brain is satisfied. If you do cardio to take your mind off pain, like me, do it.

4. Don’t overload your body! Take time with weights. Don’t just lift your whole body weight and think you’ll be fine. Start out at a low weight mass.

I started out with 90 pounds on my legs and now I’m at 230. You can do it!

5. Cardio is huge!

6. Fruit is your best friend! Try to eat out at least once a week and then change it to once a month! It certainly helps!

7. Have rest days! It’s wonderful to have rest days! Don’t just blow all of that energy out in one blow.

8. Write down things you could do at the gym. New exercises etc..

9. Try following health tips on social media! It’ll teach you to push harder for your goal. REACH FOR IT, GIRL!

10. Most importantly, working out should be fun! It shouldn’t be boring or annoying. It may be at first, trust me.. it was for me, but you get used to it.

Keep it on your schedule!
