I need help/advice please

I need some advice please, today AF due not no sign so fingers crossed had 2 coldsores within a week and half 2 different places and now sorry TMI but started with the runs. I haven't took a test today but took 1 about 4 days ago and was neg thought AF would show up been really bloated n watery discharge, any advice or happened to them would be much appreciated. TIA
