It’s possible. Looks like you got the tri-phase after O day and now with a dip it could be implantation. If this is the first month you’re charting it may not be perfect yet because you will end up seeing patterns after a while, but keep trying and test at 11 dpo to see if you got it!
A bbt thermometer will give you more accurate results and can be pretty inexpensive. Got mine on Amazon.com for $12.
