How much is your infant eating?

I EP so I know exactly how much she is eating. I pump and she drinks 3oz most of the time. Sometimes she will drink 2oz and then 30min-1hr later she finishes the 1oz that is left. 
Someone told me that 3oz was way too much for her?? My friend who told me that has a 9month old and she is just now starting to drink 3oz...

At 9 months my daughter was drinking 5oz and she is on the smaller side

My health visitor told me my 3 week old should be on around 3oz by now. She takes 4oz every 2/3 hours!

After reading this post, I got curious. I've been feeding him Enfamil since birth and happened to have a sample can of Similac. I gave him a bottle of the Similac and he sucked down 4.5 oz like he was starving. I looked up reviews of Enfamil vs Similac and pretty much everything said Enfamil tastes like crap and Similac actually tastes good. I felt really bad for feeding my LO something he probably didn't like for so long.

Mine was born at 41 weeks and 9.5lbs. He’s 2 weeks yesterday. He eats anywhere from 2.5-3.5 ounces. It just depends on the time of day and what he wants to eat. He’s up to 10lbs now so doing perfectly.

My 5 week old is exactly the same and I've been worried he's not eating enough. My oldest was eating 5 oz every 3 hours by this age.

9 months and just starting to drink 3 ounces at a time? That's unusual. My 3 week old rarely has a bottle but when she does I can get her to drink about 2.5 ounces and her diapers are much wetter when she nurses than when she has a bottle so I'm pretty sure she's getting more than that most of the time. My son was bottle fed starting at 4 months and even then he had 4 ounces at a time. I think your LO is right on track.

Mine ate 2oz from birth to about 3 weeks. Then 2.5oz from 3 to 4 weeks. She's 5 weeks today and up to 3oz now. However, she often has a "full serving" then plays/interacts for 45 minutes to an hour and then has another ounce or two before a nap.

Ours is two weeks today and drinks 3 oz bottles plus whatever she gets from me (I have a pretty low supply I think), every 2-3 hours. So I definitely don’t think it’s too much.
