Hi you guys, as you can assume today is my first ultrasound. I’ve had no bleeding/spotting and my cramps are down to basically nothing. I don’t have many symptoms which freaks me out. I’m very scared we won’t hear a heartbeat.

My question is that since I didn’t have any bleeding or rough patches yet is there a huge chance that the baby is okay and I will see it?

I know it’s stupid, I just don’t feel pregnant and I haven’t had any symptoms that there’s something wrong with the baby. I’m just very scared.
