Advice?

My almost 4 week old since yesterday has been demanding to be fed(formula) every 2 hours! He takes about almost 5 oz each feeding . Should I up it to 6 to see if he will stay full longer? Idk if it’s just a growth spurt or what but I’m scared of over feeding him cause I really don’t know how much they are supposed to eat because everyone says different things! Also his poop was watery yesterday I actually saw clear liquid come out so idk if something’s wrong 😩 his checkup is tomorrow so hopefully they can reassure me.
