After 3 years of recurrent losses and seeing 2 different RE’s we have finally figured out the cause of our problems. Genetic testing shows that my husband has a “balanced translocation”. The RE says his X and Y chromosomes are essentially stuck together, which creates an issue with the DNA of the sperm not always turning out the way that it should.

The RE told me he would estimate that we have about a 60% chance of miscarrying any natural pregnancy (we have had 2 losses so far plus 4 chemical pregnancies) and suggested we just go straight to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> with PGD.

Does anyone else have any history with this type of issue and have any advice?
