Anyone else struggling with a name?

Am I supposed to have an “Aha!” Moment because I’m 31 weeks and have looked at list with thousands of names and none seem good enough. I’m having a baby girl and I want the name to be perfect. Names that I would even consider my fiancé shuts down. And all his names just aren’t it. I know there is lots of beautiful names that I like but I can’t imagine my child with that name. I wouldn’t mind waiting until I see her but it scares that I could be sitting there with an unarmed baby!

With every name I spoke about him and to him with it seeing if it fit. I would write them down in sentences to see how it felt.. nothing fit! One day I called him “little Nathan” (his dads name) and something clicked for me and that was it. When I wrote it, it looked and felt right.. but I always say he wasn’t named after his dad lol

im 33w3d and still don't have a name. i have looked at so many books, internet sites for names and social media to see if any are cute. it was easy for me to name my son because he was a jr.  but naming my daughter is hard.

We are in the same boat! I’m 31wks almost 32. & I’m still breathing names every minute of the day constantly searching. We have 2 contenders but can’t seem to decide between them. I keep hoping for a sign either with one of the 2 or a new one I haven’t seen yet. Like you said that aha moment but so far no luck 😐😳

same boat. well sorta. I have a name that I love but no one else does. and I know that that shouldn't matter but when I tell people the name and they give me this cringe look it hurts. especially from my parents. I love the name Castiel for my little boy. and my fiance loves it which is saying something because we haven't agreed on any other names. Every told me picking a name would be fun. it's stressful.

I went home without a name. It’s really hard to name a person. When you meet her it will help!
