Embarrassing but fuckit

Been working out since I left my husband 2-3 months ago.. by working out I mean for 2 months I went walking/jogging at the track behind my house for at least 1 hr sometimes 2, sometimes twice a day. I do squats with weights & hip bridges. I wasn’t working so I had nothing but time...

breakfast : mushrooms, bell peppers, black beans, turkey bacon, & an over easy egg.

Lunch & dinner: mushrooms, bell peppers, black beans, & your choice of meat..

I basically lived off of this the entire time, sometimes I would switch it up.. but basically a burrito bowl just without rice, sometimes I’ll have the rice.. I know eating the same thing sucks, but it works.. also, I switched it up.. there’s some days I would make Tuscan salmon or teriyaki salmon with veggies, so I get to indulge in the sauce but still keep it healthy. I snack on fruits & nuts & started drinking water. I smoke weed so the munchies were an issue for me but I just made it as healthy as possible, if I was craving sweets I would cut a banana in half and add sliced strawberries and drizzle honey & chocolate syrup, so I get the sweet tooth effect but still kind of healthy.. having dedication is the best advice I can give because motivation will stop, you need to make it a routine.. you need to be SICK AND TIRED of where you are to take it serious... I did this in about 60 days and I’m a lazy ass stoner, so if I can do it, so can you 😛

And I literally ONLY walked/ran and did squats, I did not do anything else, hence my belly poking out 😛😂
