Was I GHOSTED???

So, I was talking to this guy for literally only about a month. But, we seemed to hit it off pretty well at first. Everything was going great until yesterday morning. Normally he’ll send a good morning txt or even call me. But, when I woke up, my phone was dryer then the Sahara desert. So of course I called him, straight to VM. I sent a txt nothing for 45mins. Called again, still nothing but VM. Now, the night before he asked me to send a picture of my MOOCHIE(Vagina). I said NO I wasn’t going to do that. He laughed it off and said he was just joking. And, he’d call me tomorrow, here it is 24hrs later and still nothing. Was I ghosted because I refused to send nude pictures of my body? And, second I know it was only a month that we were talking but it really hurts to not talk to him on the daily. I know I should just move forward, but I honestly want some closer. Should I have just complied with what he wanted? Then maybe we’d still be talking.
