Hello! I had a daughter 3 months ago and I’m already back on my period 🤦♀️ well let’s just say it’s 10x worse and the cramping hurts like hell! I wanna know your experiences with different birth control options that help with period pains. Bad or good comment below. I was taking the pills but I suck at remembering to take them daily. Thanks!
