Worries First Time Mom

I went to the hospital on Saturday due to abdominal pain but had to go back today for an ultrasound to see what’s going on.

Didn’t get to see anything, but I got a paper that says I’m 6 weeks 4 days (one day ahead of my own calculation) and baby’s heart rate is 120.

I’m concerned because they mentioned a subchloronic hemorrhage and the only explanation I got was “you’re bleeding behind your placenta, not a big deal but if you start bleeding come back to the hospital.”

Anyone else had this and had a normal and healthy pregnancy?

Google made it seem quite common but did concern me about possible miscarriages so early.
