New PCOS Diagnosis/CD 21 labs

Hi everyone :)

So I have been diagnosed with adrenal excess PCOS. My testosterone level was normal but my DHEA-S level was high at 426 (I’m 25). I have normal 28ish day cycles that are about 4 days long but are extremely heavy. My CD21 progesterone level came back 6.2... can anyone offer me some guidance on what this means? Also the semen analysis came back borderline low at 54 mil and the motility was 10% 😢 So we are going to have that repeated to hope it was the transport process. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
