can soap irratitation cause uniary tract infection symptoms?

I am still waiting on my vaginal swab to come back just in case if I have infection but I did pee in a clear plastic up and which my urine is clear but there were white stuff floating around like toilet paper. I heard a nurse tell me before it's just segments but I have that kinda urge to pee on the tip of my pee hole but I don't actually have to pee just the sensation. I didn't won't to get a urine test done and then it come back negative and now I don't know what to do. I have no burning or pain when I pee just that urge to pee kinda feel like sensation every once in the blue mood. does this sound like a urinary tract infection?
