Is constantly cramping when not on period normal?

I’ve been on BC for 10 years. I just stopped taking it last month. Ever since my period last month, I have had nonstop cramping. And during my ovulation period I had a really dull throbbing pain in my left ovary. Now that my ovulation period is over, I’m back to just regular cramping again. It is miserable! Does anyone else have this issue?? I’m not use to cramps since I’ve been on BC so idk if this is normal😩

I’d give it another month and then have a chat to your doctor about it if it’s still happening as cramping across the whole month is not normal.
A friend went through this last year and she was convinced it was PID or endometriosis but it ended up actually being a digestion issue easily treated with a change in diet.
