Anybody switch to a healthy diet and ended up pregnant?

The only thing I noticed every time I got pregnant (twice now) is I was eating oatmeal both times. 
I hate oatmeal but once in a blue moon I'll eat it everyday for breakfast. 
And I didn't come to this conclusion until I got pregnant with my 2nd and was tryna figure out what I did differently. And it was eating oatmeal lol .

I did the Adkins diet for a month and ended up pregnant for the first time in three years of trying. I MC bc of progesterone. That’s the only time I’ve ever been pregnant been ttc for 6 years now

Yes, after switching to the Mediterranean diet I ended up pregnant after only 4 months of trying. I have PCOS and endometriosis and all of my labs went down to normal range, and all cysts were gone, before we started trying.
