Okay so I called my doctor she didn't give me a clear answer & I have spoken with the breastfeeding clinic at our local hospital about taking goat's Rue, brewer's yeast and milk thistle to help promote my breastfeeding. I'm worried about taking goat's Rue because It had a small amount of alcohol. Also, has anyone ever ran into this situation where they found out they were pregnant while they were breastfeeding, I thought breastfeeding was a natural birth control my midwife made it sound like a perk of breastfeeding...im not complaining cuz I'm happy to have another baby...
